Tucson 2017 Recap
I spent all of last week at the Tucson Gem & Mineral Show, out in Arizona, which is my very favorite trade show of the year. To be surrounded by such an amazing assortment of all things that come from the earth is my absolute paradise. While exploring, many people were asking what I was looking for – the reality is that I don't know until I see "it". Stones have a knack of finding me and somehow I'm always drawn to a piece in the middle of the chaos amongst multitudes of boxes and clusters of gemstones. I'm always surprised, excited and inspired by the pieces I find. Check out my Instagram and Facebook for a series of videos about the incredible stones that I'm bringing back to my studio; each will soon be made into a unique piece of jewelry.
